Staff augmentation and outsourcing get used as if they mean the same thing. They do not. Outsourcing hands over a problem. Augmentation hands over capacity, and you keep the problem. That distinction decides whether the arrangement works.
Ashapura Softech provides Salesforce engineers who join your team, follow your process, and report to your leads. We are a certified Salesforce development company. Our developers sit in your sprint board and your standups, and the output lands in your repository under your review rules.
It works when you already know what needs building and you are short of hands. A roadmap with eight months of work and two developers. A Q4 release with three parallel workstreams and one admin. A migration that needs four people for five months and two people forever after.
It is the wrong call when nobody internally owns the Salesforce roadmap. Adding developers to an org with no direction produces more org debt, faster. In that situation you want a scoped project or managed services first, and we will tell you so.

Apex and Lightning Web Components. Flow and declarative automation. CPQ configuration and quote logic. Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementation. Marketing Cloud with AMPscript and SQL. Commerce Cloud on SFRA. Integration work across MuleSoft, REST APIs, and middleware into NetSuite, SAP, or Zoho. Data migration and deduplication. Test automation with Provar or Selenium.
We also place Salesforce business analysts and solution architects, which teams often forget until the third sprint when requirements start arriving as chat messages.
Week 1. Access provisioning, org walkthrough, reading existing code and documentation. We ask for a named person on your side for the first week. Engineers pick up small, low risk tickets. Expect limited output and do not plan around it.
Week 2. First real tickets in your sprint. Code reviewed by both your team and ours. This is where mismatched expectations surface, and it is better that they surface now.
Weeks 3 and 4. Full sprint velocity for most engineers. Our delivery lead does a check in with you at day 30 covering output, communication, and anything you would change.
Engineers joining a complex or heavily customised org take longer. A legacy org with 200 Apex classes and no test coverage is not a two week ramp, and anyone who promises otherwise has not read your code.
Background verification on every engineer before they start. Company issued laptops with full disk encryption. No client data on local machines. Access through your single sign on where you have it. Signed NDA and IP assignment before the first day. We work under client security policies including HIPAA and SOC 2 controlled environments, and our team has delivered under both.
Monthly billing, 30 day notice to scale down, minimum three months for a dedicated engineer. No recruitment fee. No buyout fee if you want to convert someone to a direct hire after six months, which happens more often than you might expect and which we treat as a good outcome rather than lost revenue.
Time is tracked and reported weekly. You see what was worked on, not just hours billed.
Can we start with one person?
Yes. Most engagements start with one and grow. Starting with five is usually a mistake because your process absorbs the first person’s questions much better than five people’s questions at once.
Do they work only on our project?
Dedicated engineers work only on your account. We do not split people across clients, because it is the fastest way to lose the context that makes the arrangement worth anything.
What happens during Indian public holidays?
We share the holiday calendar at contract signing. Critical coverage during your peak periods can be arranged in advance.
How do you handle knowledge transfer at the end?
Documentation is a delivery requirement throughout, not an exit task. At the end you get a handover session and the written record that was built along the way.
Tell us the skills, the number of people, and the start date. If you would rather bring people on directly, see hire Salesforce developers. We will send profiles you can interview directly.
