Certified Salesforce developers for US and Canadian teams. Shortlist in 3 to 5 working days, you run the interviews, and there is no charge until someone starts.
We’re Trusted By
Most companies do not start looking for a Salesforce developer because they want one. They start looking because a release slipped, an admin left, or a CPQ build quoted at six weeks is now in month four. By the time the search begins, the deadline is already behind.
Ashapura Softech places certified Salesforce developers with US and Canadian teams on contract, full time, and project basis. We are a certified Salesforce development company with a delivery centre in Ahmedabad, India, and we have been doing this since 2015. Our developers work in your Slack, your Jira, your sprint calls. They are not a black box vendor you email once a fortnight.
A shortlist within 3 to 5 working days. Every profile comes with the certifications verified through Trailhead, two references you can call, and a short recorded walkthrough of something they built. You interview them yourself. If the first two are not right, we send two more at no cost.
Developers overlap 4 to 5 hours with US Eastern and Pacific hours. That is not a claim we make loosely. Our India team starts at 1:30 PM IST for US accounts, which puts them live from 4 AM ET through the start of your afternoon. Standups happen with your team, not a summary email afterwards.

Dedicated developer. One or more people assigned to you full time, monthly billing, minimum three months. You manage the work. We handle payroll, hardware, replacement, and the annual certification renewals. This is what most clients pick after the first project.
Project team. We scope the build, quote it fixed price, and run it with a lead, developers, and QA. You get a delivery plan with milestones. Suited to a defined piece of work such as a Service Cloud rollout or a CPQ implementation.
Short term cover. Four to twelve weeks through our offshore staffing model, usually because someone left or a release needs extra hands. No minimum commitment past the agreed window.
Rates depend on seniority and certification, not on how urgently you need someone. A mid level Salesforce developer with Platform Developer I and two to four years of delivery sits well below what an equivalent US contractor bills, and roughly a third below most nearshore options. We publish a rate card on request rather than quoting a range here, because a CPQ specialist and a junior admin are not comparable numbers and pretending otherwise wastes your time.
No recruitment fee. No conversion fee if you want to hire someone permanently after six months.
Every candidate goes through the same four steps before you see them.
First, certification check against Trailhead directly. A screenshot in a CV is not evidence. Second, a live technical round with one of our senior developers, which is where most people drop out. Third, a code sample from real work, reviewed for governor limit handling, bulkification, and test coverage that actually asserts something. Fourth, a communication round, because a developer who cannot explain a design decision on a call will cost you more in rework than they save in rate.
Roughly one in nine applicants clears all four.
Offshore development has a reputation, and a lot of it is earned. Three things usually cause the damage.
The first is a rotating bench. A developer learns your org, then gets moved to another account, and the next person starts from zero. We assign people to one account and keep them there. If someone has to change, there is a two week handover with both people on the calls.
The second is unclear ownership. Work gets done, nobody knows who approved it, and a sandbox refresh wipes a week. Our developers commit to your repo with your review process. If you do not have one, we set up a basic branching model in the first week.
The third is silence. A developer who is stuck for three days and says nothing is expensive. Ours raise blockers in your channel the same day, and our delivery lead reviews open blockers twice a week.
Most of our clients already have someone internal, often an admin or a part time consultant, and many of them also use our Salesforce managed services. We are not there to replace them. The usual split is that your person owns requirements, stakeholder conversations, and the release calendar, and our developers own the build. That arrangement holds up because the internal person keeps the context that only comes from sitting in your business.
If you have no Salesforce person at all, say so early. You will need one, and we would rather tell you that upfront than sell you four developers who have nobody to take direction from.
How quickly can someone start?
Shortlist in 3 to 5 working days. Start date depends on your interview speed and the developer’s notice period, typically 2 to 4 weeks from offer.
Can we interview before committing?
Yes, and we prefer it. Interview as many as you want. There is no charge until someone starts.
What if the developer is not working out?
Tell us in the first 30 days and we replace them, with the replacement’s first two weeks unbilled to cover the ramp up.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. IP assignment is in the base agreement, not an add on.
Do you sign NDAs and work under our security policy?
Yes. We also run background verification, and developers work on company issued machines with disk encryption and no local data retention.
Can developers work fully in our time zone?
A full US shift is possible and carries a premium. Most clients find the 4 to 5 hour overlap sufficient once the working rhythm settles.
Send us the role, the stack, and the start date. We will come back with profiles, not a discovery call. If we do not have the right person, we will say so.
